I bought an Infinti @ Sanderson that had defective, new tires on it. They agreed to replace them the following week. I was told to take it to Goodyear and they would replace them because they were under warranty so I did. It turns out they were bad( had flat spots) so I had to take it back to them so they could replace them with new ones. I waited 1 and a half hours to change them out. Way too long for them to replac... view moree them in my opinion. Also there was another car like mine they were preparing to sell that had features I would have probably chosen. I couldn`t believe they never even told me about it when I was looking at my car. Imagine my surprise when I saw it on their website 3 days later after I bought my car. I am very dissatisfied with the customer service and would be very hesitant to purchase another car from them. They portrayed themselves as very honest but after my experience I doubt they are any different from any other used car lot.
