Customer service quality varies
After trying to buy a Ford Escape, I found that I received good service from a Salesman named Al Dennis. I wasn`t able to purchase the new 2007 Ford Escape, but Al pointed out that there was a used 2005 Escape with only 17,000 miles. My wife and I took the car out and found that this car was as good as the 2007. When we brought the car back, we told Al that we had decided to select this Escape. As Al was setting... view more the paperwork up for the purchase, a financial advisor named Tim arrived and told us that the car we had taken out wasn`t going to be sold to us for the rate of pay he had told us before. Al was as shocked as my wife and I were when Tim had given us this information. Tim had given us the number for the car to select and after we had spent some time with it, he changed the story of the cost. The mistake had been Tim`s and a respectable businessman would have agreed to go ahead with the cost we had been offered from the beginning. However, he wanted to close the mistake as if it had never happened. In my opinion, this seems to be just as bad as false advertising. When one thing is promised, that should be the way it stands through the whole transaction of selling the automobile. I`m not sure if I will ever go to Kings Ford again. If I do, I will work with Al but have nothing to do with Tim. He seems to make a promise, then change it as time goes by.

Horrible Customer Service at Kings Ford
What a joke! ALMOST A YEAR after I filed a complaint with the local business bureau- someone from Kings Ford just called me to ask about what happened, and if I was still interested in buying a car from them. Unbelievable. Kings Ford - buy a clue!

poor customer service
I purchased a new Ford Escape from King`s Ford. Within 660 miles on the car, my headlight filled with water and shut off. I figured, it happens. I took it back to the dealer and they replaced the whole unit, no problem. However, on my next oil change, the mechanic pointed out to me that my plastic grill was broken, that it looked like someone had tightened the screw too tight on the grill. He asked me if I had recent... view more service done, and I said yes, as a matter of fact, the headlight on the same side as the broken part of the grill. When I took the Escape back to the dealer, they told me that it wasn`t their fault, it wasn`t covered under warranty, and they weren`t going to do anything about it. To this day, at 33,000 miles, my grill still dangles by one screw.
