Did not repair right first tim...

Did not repair right first time. Ended up damaging my van on 3rd attempt at repair. Water still leaks inside car and whistle from bad seal. Work was farmed out to a shop in Burlington, KY. Neither shop nor Safelite Autoglass would fix correct or at end refund money. After reporting damage to my car, safelite conviently came up with an excuse - their repair guy made a note of random dings on side of car before ... view morerepair. I disagree and they never would provide copy of this note. They also denied the repair for the damage their repair guy did.

On time, fast, professional.

Their employee arrived on time and replaced our windshield while the car was parked on the street in downtown Dayton. This was after a huge ice storm but he had the windshield replaced in no time. Great Service.
