Iam the owner of trenton car care, customer was not telling the truth about his repair at my shop, he blew a ball joint on his car while driving ripped the wheel out from under car and blew the tire, he then gets the car stopped some how with out killing someone jacks the car up pops the ball joint back in place puts spare tire on and drives the car on home, what a idiot, gets home with out killing any body and then ... view morecalls me for an estimate on replacing the broke ball joint, gave him a price on repair, he was ok with the price of repair and droped car off to be fixed, when he came in he said to fix the broke ball joint and to ck the other ball joints and if they were bad call with est. on replacing them too, but he might not have the money to do them at this time just fix the one, we did what customer ask us to do

This is the auto repair shop everyone has warned you about. DO NOT GO HERE! Dropped my car off to have a ball-joint replaced. Got a call back from the mechanic telling me that all of them needed to be replaced he quoted me over $800. The parts for this can be had for under $100. When I asked that he not complete any of the repairs he let me know that they had already started on them. I was then forced to pay for a re... view morepair I didn`t want. The person I dealt with was rude and arrogant through-out the entire process. NEVER UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES VISIT THIS REPAIR SHOP!
