BUYER BEWARE!!
BUYER BEWARE! - is the best I can say about Mentor Kia. The cars are good, but this dealership practices sales tactics I thought were left back in the 80`s. They practically beg you to give you to give them a chance to make ANY concerns right. But when you ask them to, you are ignored and made to feel rediculous.
IF you should choose to buy from this dealership, ensure you ask to see the dealer invoice (pay no mo... view morere than $400 over it), ensure you get a dollar figure, in writing, for your trade, BEFORE agreeing to any deal. Ensure you DO NOT buy the same day you walk in! If you do, make sure you have time to read EVERY word on EVERY piece of paperwork in the finance office. They will try to string you along until you are in a major hurry and them run you into the finance office and have you sign all papers, one after another, with no time to look at or review them. What they told me in the show room did not match what I ended up signing, because they knew I had to leave to pick up by boys by 6:00pm. They stalled me from 3:30 till 5:50pm, then ran me into the office to sign all the paperwork, with the assurance ""it`s all like we discussed""! ""Call us if you find anything wrong"". Well it wasn`t right, and when I called the next morning and for the next 4 days, I got ignored and brushed aside.
All I can say is BUYER BEWARE at Mentor Kia. There are many other Kia dealerships - buy smart! I must say the service department at the Mentor dealership seems to be OK.
