This place reminds me of the old time car repair shops. Remember the 2-bay garages with just one guy working at his own pace? No one pushing him to make a quota. I totally LOVE it!!! There are no snot nosed kids making $5/hr attempting to fix your car. You get it fixed and fixed right. So much better than the dealership telling you that it`s intermittent and they won`t fix it unless it`s a check engine light te... view morelling them there`s something wrong. This guy uses the most up-to-date equipment. You won`t find junkie Sears tools here. I drive all the way out from the Westside because I can trust the work and know he`ll use OEM parts! Obviously they are doing something right if they`ve been in business before the highway was put in!!!

amazing work good price

i had the oppisite opinion of krauss garage the place is a mess but its one guy and an elderly women working there. he does outstanding work for a reasonable cost the lady at the desk is extremly kind as long as respect is given. the cats are strays that they feed and give shelter too. john the mechanic there is as experienced as they come and doesnt even need to use a computer to figure the problem out unlike these ... view morenew kids u see at the other places who wouldnt know a clutch from a fly wheel if they were handed them with labels. i loved the place and the advice i was given and will continue to go there.

Absolutely terrible!

Watch out for this one!

The owner of the garage is very difficult to understand, and the entire place is a complete mess! They have cats roaming around freely, which would be fine if they didn`t appear to be so dirty. These animals look like they`ve been put through a lot of trouble. The lady at the desk was very rude to me as well. The real problem comes with the service. The only worker there looks at your vehicle, tells you what may be wrong with it, and he tells you that he`ll fix the one problem. Seems alright until you get back only to find that he did 3 other upgrades without telling you, and expects you to pay the bill entirely! I wasn`t about to stoop to his level, so I did pay, but the unnecessary work is a very sleazy way to jack up the price. The car still makes a very loud screeching noise. I was told that the brand of materials that he used were the reason why. And he wasn`t willling to change them unless I paid for a new part! Who on earth wants a loud screeching car?

VERY poor service, absolutely disgusting conditions (the posters of pinup women make it unsuitable for children to come along), and a price that isn`t worth it. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
