tire discounters ripped me off.

2-18-2010 i bought four tires. for the price of $1,126.64. on 3-10-2010 i went back for a warranty alignment, tires had 450 miles on them, and they were cupped severely. all they did was take the tires and switch them front to back. on 5-15-2010, i went back for a warranty alignment, again. tires shook so bad on my truck it tore the upper ball joints out. kerry creech told me he wanted to take these tires off and re... view moreplace them. we made arrangements to do so for 5-15-2010 and he told me corporate office had to make the decision. on 5-22-2010 kerry called me told me corporate office said they would not do one thing. and that i was stuck with these tires and it was not they`re problem. i called jim egeland on 5-20-2010 at 3:23 p.m. i left my name and number and asked him to call me he never did. on 5-21-2010 at 10:04 a.m. i called him again, asked for a returned phone call, and once again.. he never returned a phone call. on 5-21-2010 at 4:53 p.m. i called once again, with no response for the third time. 5-22-2010 i called at 8:29 a.m. i called i told him i thought it was pretty low that he would not return my phone calls and had kerry call me and tell me they would not do one thing about my tires and that i was stuck with them. i hope that upper managment gets to read this and will call me and let me tell you my story not larry greens lies. i expect a phone call from vice president of this company asap. thank you, Thomas Bray 937-441-9890 (cell)
