Do not buy a used car here! I know several people who bought new and recommended them so when we came across a fairly new/slightly used van that was perfect for us, we didn`t have any reservations. Plus, we were told that it passed a hundred and twenty some point inspection and came with a 30 day warranty so we had no fears and believed that meant that all of the main parts were working properly. Then, just a week af... view moreter buying it, it started making a loud noise. We had to wait a week just to get it into the service department and also found that our "friendly" salesman really wasn`t all that friendly anymore now that the sale was over. They did fix both bearing, which were re-called, without a an immediate problem; however, after we left, the front driver`s side tire began to rattle. I took it back and explained that I believed they didn`t get it back together right or that something was loose but they said they couldn`t even hear a noise and re-assured me that everything was fine. I tried to just ignore the noise and trust their word, but I was constantly afraid that my tire was going to fall off because it was that bad and sounded that loose so I took it back again and once again they couldn`t even hear a noise. I continued to call and take it back, while still in the warranty period, and they continued to tell me it was fine. Then, the day after the warranty expired, I had it scheduled to take it back in again but my husband hit a curb with it the night before. Wouldn`t you know, they now admitted they heard the noise but first tried to blame it on the front passenger tire being smashed. I clearly informed them that was not the case and had been there complaining about a noise for 2-3 weeks before my husband hit the curb! So, they looked again and said it was the brakes. Turned out that the clip off of our brakes was completely missing, to which they claim it was just a coincidence that it started rattling right after they fixed the bearings and said they could fix the brakes for 350-500. They obviously knew that it needed bearings and brakes (and who knows what else) when they sold it, if I had it in there within 2 weeks over both yet they re-assured me time and time again that it was ok. I understand when you buy a used car that you are going to have to do some repairs. However, in my opinion, you shouldn`t have your car in the shop more than it is able to be driven, especially when it really isn`t even that old. I`ve owned the van for a month and a half and have spent most of my summer at home afraid to drive it or in the dealership sitting with 3 kids for hours making absolutely no progress toward owning a vehicle that is safe to drive.

AVOID!!
Owner`s policy is not do warranty work on vehicles that are not purchased from Thomas. I`m sure that my owner`s manual says, "Any authorized dealer." Very rude mamangement. Avoid if at all possible!
