Beware of the VIP sales pitch
I?ˆ™m very disappointed in Jeff Schmitt Fairborn, I took my H3 to the service dept because of a mechanical problem, ( engine missing and shaking check engine light on ) and was told by the service manager didn?ˆ™t have time look at it, that I had to leave it there, I asked for a loaner that my over $3000.00 maintance agreement provides when unable to repair same day, and was told they couldn?ˆ™t give me one unless the rep... view moreair took more than a day
( to me having to leave it overnight is more than a day ) and when I complained he told me he had more business that he could handle. ( to me that meant don?ˆ™t need my business ) All this after I was told at the time of purchase I had VIP status, that if I had a problem at anytime just stop by ?ˆ? NO APPOINTMENT NEEDED ?ˆ? and I would be taken care of.
So Beware of the BS sales pitch.
When ever I needed service on my ford that is where I get the VIP treatment.
And for all you morons out there that want to make a comment like go back to fords, I just might do that, and use my time for the things I want to do and not running around trying to find someone to fix my GM product.

Avoid all together
Avoid if possible. I had some recall work that needed done and without checking I found the closest GM dealer. Jeff Schmitt - Huge Mistake. I dropped off my one and only car on Friday morning, at lunch the garage manager calls saying that in fixing the recall part that they had broken something else in the area. I said `when will it be fixed?` he said that since it was Friday he`d have to order the part and I could ... view moreget my car Monday. Fine, okay. Cause I`m not paying for anything. the recall work is free and if they broke something that`s their business to fix. I asked to talk to the manager about getting a replacement car for the weekend. I was told by the manager that because if was no-cost work that I was not entitled to a replacement. The recall work should`ve taken a couple of hours I planned on having my car that weekend. I `talked` back and forth with the manager for several conversations - no car. I see the yelling commercial on TV of Jeff telling everyone to `come on in` like family - I can actually agree with the family part cause they get you in a corner and then screw you to the wall and expect you the thank them for it. That`s if your family is really screwed up and you don`t want to keep of make a customer base. I tell Everyone I know NOT to go to Jeff`s car lot, go anywhere else.
I hope someone find this usefull before they`re left in a corner. BOO Jefff Schmit
