First, I would like to say, I usually don`t take reviews too heavily. I would also like to say that this is my first time writing a review of any kind, but I felt this one very necessary. I am 50 years old, and have being going to auto service stations for many years. Some good, some bad. I have to say this was the single most "nightmarish" experience i`ve ever had to deal with. By the time that it was ... view moreover it was almost comical and embarassing to have to talk to the owner and service people with whom I dealt. I found my face was red with embarassment even speaking with them over the phone. I have never ever ever been so insulted in my whole life as I was while listening to the obvious bulls**t they were feeding me. I could type for a week and not be able to fully explain how bad this experience was. The service people, owner included, were talking in circles, contradicting what the other had said so blatantly that I almost laughed. What started out as a simple Check Engine light turned into struts, brakes, tune-ups, coil replacement, wheel bearing, tie rods, etc. etc. etc. After having my car home for about 3 days, I realized it was still not right even after having taken it back 4 times to John King Automotive. In a nutshell, my car is in a different shop being repaired again today at MY cost. My biggest of many regrets was my stupidity in continuing to deal with this company after the 3rd time back in 2 days. I should have been smart enough to realize that they were not competent enough to do the job right. I would never ever recommend anyone to take a vehicle to John King Automotive. It was truly the WORST AUTOMOTIVE NIGHTMARE OF MY LIFE!!! BEWARE!!

i took my 98 mark VIII to JOHN KING AUTOMOTIVE for new tires and wheels, wow what a nice job, good price.
i shoped around before going there, i saved about 20%.

Amazing service

This was my first time going to the garage at John King`s. I have worked in the automotive field my entire life and for me to sit and compliment a garage is HUGE. I was very impressed with How nice the owner (John) was. Very curteous, concerned and efficient. Great prices and great service. There should be more businesses like him around!

A Locally Owned Business

John and John King Jr. run a very competitive local tire business. They deal in all the major brand and their prices are great. I`d rather support someone who has lived and worked in Cleveland rather than a chain business whose ownership may be in another state. When you do business with John King and come back a few years later, you`ll be dealing with the same people. They stand behind their products. When my t... view moreires started leaking at the rims, they demounted them, cleaned the rims thorougly and resealed them. They didn`t charge anything for the work even thought the tires were a few years old. You won`t get that kind of service at NTB. We all talk about how greedy big businesses are but we often go back to them over and over. Try working with a locally owned business. You will not regret it. I highly recommend John King Tire where their slogan rings true: John King Tire, where the Customer is the King!

This business makes you pay for one thing and breaks another. They will act like they fixed the thing they broke and really just make it stop making noise for a few days. They suck
