absolutely terrible service. 11 hour labor job and 3 weeks later no car. told me the engine was in 3 days ago, said they would call me back 3 times i called, never did. i go up threre and no engine in, on a jack looks suspect. they lie and lie over the phone, how these thugs have any dignity is beyond me. plese dont take your car here if they tell you a price, asked for a written estimate 3 times and told me they wo... view moreuld do it when they were done working, complete scam, bout to talk to a lawyer. paid for an engine, still have my reciept, would not be suprised if they didnt get an engine. complete aweful customer service. lie after lie with these people

Please do not use. Very dishonest.

Very dishonest company. After having my car towed to Servizzi just to get it out of the street after someone ran into me, I called Servizzi to say that my repair shop of choice was coming to get the car out of their tow lot but they refused to release the car saying that they had already invested time into the car so I had to pay for the work they have already done which neither my insurance agent nor I have approve... view mored. The shop owner is not very honest and is still demanding that I pay upfront for the unauthorized work and refuses to release my car from their lot.
