$190 for a transmission fluid change - Price gouging
After Ford closed the 2 dealerships I have been using (Lincoln Mercury of Beechmont and 32 Ford) to service my 2009 Mercury Mariner. I took my vehicle in for a problem with one of the doors.
While they fixed my door correctly, they also told me I was due for a transmission oil change. No problem with that, but the cost of $190 plus tax gave me a little concern.
I called around and found that the g... view moreoing rate for a transmission change ranges from $99 to $130, not $190. Seems that Ford uses a special oil in the transmission Mercon LV which is not in general distribution right now. Can`t get it at autozone, O`Reilly`s, or even Valvoline Instant Oil Change.
Kerry Ford offers a transmission fluid change for $130 using this special oil. I guess with no competition on the East Side and the Beechmont Corridor, Beechmont Ford thinks they can charge what they want.

Service Department Stinks
I was in town visiting family and needed to get my brakes done. When I called I was quoted a price of 170.00 for the front brakes. I dropped it off that night and they said they would work on it first thing the next morning. I had to call back at 11:00 and was told it was just being looked at. 45 minutes later I got a call saying that all the brakes neeeded to be done for a price of 750.00. When asking what just... view more the fronts would cost, was quoted 240.00, way over what I was told the night before. So I had them done, being in a hard place out of town. Then I had to call back at 3:30 and ask if it was done as I was trying to leave town. They said ""oh yea, it has been done for a while, come on over and I will track down the paperwork."" Just rediculous that I had to make all the calls to the service department. When I got there, the total bill was 268.99, even more than I was quoted on the phone. The crazy thing was that they wanted to charge me 500.00 for the rear brakes and when I got home, I changed them with lifetime pads for 132.00 and 1 hour of my time and that was going and getting them from the store. I do wish that I got paid 368.00 an hour for my work :) I called and spoke to the customer service manager regarding this. He stated that he would look in to this and would call me back....it has been 3 weeks and I have heard nothing from him. Go figure. I encourage everyone to NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT. IT IS HORRIBLE.

Poor Customer Service
Have purchased multiple cars there because of location. ALWAYS have problems with service dept. Now having problems with extended warranty coverage-was told is bumper to bumper but service dept. sez no.
I would NOT recommend this dealership. Not just because of this instance but because of consistent problems between what I am told & what is real.

Best dealer in Cincinnati
I bought a new Fusion from David at Beechmont Ford and could not be happier with my experience. I was never pressured and they did offer the best deal on the car. he spent several hours with us and even programmed the Sync system to my wifes phone. They also gave me way more for my trade inn than any other dealer.

Beechmont Ford
I read the review on Beechmont Ford, and decided to go see Marcia. She was very helpfuull in finding me a used car. I was looking for a pontiac, she didn`t have the one I wanted, but did find me one. I came in a few days later and picked it up. Thanks to Marcia and Beechmont Ford. I would recommend to others.

I TOOK MY 2003 FORD MUSTANG TO THE DEALERSHIP AT THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT. FIRST OF ALL BEECHMONT FORDS MECHANICS DON`T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT MUSTANGS. I TOOK MY MUSTANG THERE 3 TIMES, FINALLY I HAD TO CALL THE MAIN NUMBER FOR FORD TO GET SOMETHING RESOLVED.

Great Car Buying Experience
I have been looking for a car for several months. I recently started looking up and down Beechmont Rd. I went to Beechmont Ford used vehicles, and was greeted by a salesperson named Marsha.
