I called for a flat bed to haul my car, they didnt send one, it took over 3 hours for them to send the correct tow truck. Then it took an additional 2.5 hours to get it loaded and to my house 40 miles away (in the in middle of the night). The tow truck operators were completely unprofessional and poorly trained. My car was damaged and I called the following morning to speak to someone and I was talked down to and t... view morehen lied to by the shift manager. He claimed he fired the operators and I saw him driving the tow truck the next day. I talked to their claims department and they claimed customer service was their highest priority and then proceeded to condescend to me about my military service, proceed to tell me that his car was better than mine because he had $170k invested into it and finally told me that the damage didnt come from their operators. This all without seeing the car in person or even pictures. He did offer to pay half the damages but that wasnt enough good enough for me. I asked for his insurance but was denied. I filed a report with the BBB and they were lied to by the company, quoting Customer Service was their highest priority but in the same reply, condescended about my professional service and my vehicle while lying about denying me their insurance information. I ended up filing a police report and a claim with my insurance against them to finally have it settled.
