These are the nastiest people I have ever encountered. They are fraudulent, and inefficient. After 6 days, 3 trips, and $240 cash, my problems are still not fixed after they repaired something I didn`t ask for. I would never recommend these people or return to their shop for ANYTHING.

They don`t own up to their mistakes.. Took my car in to have the water pump repaired and my car started making noise it never made before and they told me it was maybe a loose belt and all I had to do was to bring it back in and they would fix it. Brought it back in later but they couldn`t fix their mistake and they also caused more damage by not putting the tension-er bolt back on the belt properly causing the belt ... view moreto break and the bolt to come off causing the car to overheat.. I would tell them about their mistake but all they are going to do is put it off as something else happened. Don`t take any new model high tech cars to this unprofessional shop..

Called to check the price on a repair, the as s hole who answered the phone has an attitude asking me if I know where and how to fix the parts myself. what a b itch. Don`t go to these guys.

BEWARE! FRAUDS&gt;&gt;&gt; They had my car there for four weeks total. I paid $250 for a $30 job. I had to pay cash because they said their credit card machine was down. More like they knew there customers cant get there money back paying cash and the credit card company cut them off because of all the trouble there in. I got the car back and have not been able to drive it because of all the damage th... view moreey caused putting in a turn signal switch that takes about ten minutes. They messed up the steering column so bad it is not drivable now. I filled with the BBB.com Better Business Bureau where they have an F rating but they have not been able to help me. I am going to file a small claims court suit soon. Do yourself a favor and go someplace else. This place is nothing but trouble!

I was told to have my vehicle ...

I was told to have my vehicle there at 8am, which i did, they would look it over and call me with an estimate. After not receiving a call, I called them at 3pm, they said they didn`t get done seeing what was wrong with it. I also told them I just had windows tinted, so they wouldn`t roll them down. When I picked it up, window was down, seat all the way back, and radio on a station I don`t listen to! Looks like my car... view more was just there for their entertainment. awesome service

I wish I would have known about Etna before I had taken my car to Ernie`s down the road. But Etna fixed what Ernie`s screwed up and I still paid less than half of what I paid at Ernie`s. I will always recommend Etna :) the guys there are all super nice.

I have had the worst experiences with body shops in Columbus until I went to Etna through my aunt`s recommendation. Service was awesome and exceptional! Shawn and Mike were two of the friendliest body shop reps I have ever met. I didn`t feel like I was getting my money ripped off and they were so helpful in trying to find out what my car`s problem was.
