Until the State of Oregon changes the laws and makes predatory towing illegal then you cant fault a company for doing what they can to make money as long as they are within the guidlines of the current laws!! Sergeants is SCUM ! Can someone please explain to me how/why it is okay for them to sit in their cars stalking, watching and waiting for people to park in the wrong place. I`m sure that this creep saw dollar signs as he watched me walk away, completely unaware of my parking in the wrong lot. It cost me $189.00 for my car and $189.00 for my friends car (That was towed at the same time) for them to steal our cars, to... view morew them less then four miles, and keep them from us for a little over an hour. I have spent two days reading all of the complaints about Sergeants online. In one day they towed twenty two (22) cars in the exact same spot.425 NE Hassalo, between Red Robin & Denny`s. Don`t park there, you will be towed! Sergeants Towing bottom feeder is just sitting in his little crappy car in the back of the lot waiting for another unsuspecting person to stalk.

This company makes the majority of it`s money off of ""Patrol Towing"" which the state is trying to outlaw. This company basically drives around all night, paying its drivers on ""commission"" to tow as many cars as it can, and the more people the drivers can find to tow, the more they are paid. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS.

Do not ever call these people, they are rip off artists who admit they wait for people to park in the wrong places and tow their cars. I did not know the area very well and they left me stranded. I do not know how they sleep at night.
