Jason & the team did a wonderful job, and there wasn`t anything overlooked. After 2 messy kids, a yellow lab who sheds, and a driver who never cleans the car, my ride looked pristine. It was amazing! When I went to pick up my car, a bird had just left me a present on the roof, and as soon as it was seen, Jason immediately grabbed a clean towel & cleaner and took care of that as well. The bonus for me was inexpensive loaner cars (a BMW!!!), and flexible drop off & pickup. I`ll certainly be referring friends & family to Fresh Start, and using them in the future. Highly recommend them!

My story shows you can trust their integrity!!

I took my truck to Fresh Start to have the engine steam cleaned prior to service work to chase an oil leak. Their work was just what I needed but when I picked up the truck and started it all the warning lights came on and there was a lingering smell of burning electrical components coming from the engine compartment. Jason discussed how rare this was and my options. I was already taking it to have it serviced so I ... view morelimped it over to the shop disgusted and disappointed but with a clean engine. They identified that water had gotten in the alternator during the cleaning and fried it. Before I could even call Jason he was on the phone calling me to check if I`d found out what happened. He asked for the name and number of the shop and he called them and paid for replacement of the alternator !!!!! Not just for a new one but for the service time to replace it too. Needless to say this cost more than I had even paid for the engine cleaning. This type of integrity in a business is rare these days. The shop service person was blown away by Jason`s actions it shook him to start referring people to Fresh Start. I will continue to recommend Fresh Start to my friends and family and tell my story. Thanks for making it right Jason .

great timely service

Extremely high quality work

Fresh Start did a wonderful detail job on my `99 Miata yesterday. The many scratches and dings on the hood and bumpers from years of enjoyment are barely noticeable now, and I had no idea my wheels could be so shiny! The interior is spotless. I thought I kept a pretty clean car, but I was embarrassed to see how much stuff they found underneath and behind the seats.

The Best Detail!

I have a 2009 Scion that we drove to Canada and thrashed while we while we were up there. We spent 24 hours driving each way to get to our location. Once we were there we tracked mud all over the car from hiking. Our ski gear scuffed up the roof of the car. Fresh start was able to get out all the scuffs and when they were done, it looked shinier than when I first bought the car. Very Professional

My experience at Fresh Start detail was excellent! They were professional and friendly. I liked the $5 loaner car they let me use while they had my car for the day. They were very clear about what they were going to do and how long it was going to take. Its a little pricey but worth it. I reccommend this place to anybody.

Impressed!

I brought my black 528i to Fresh Start last week and am totally happy with the job they did, thought it was a fair price. My intent was to get it cleaned up and sell it but they made it look so nice I fell in love with it all over again and am keeping it. I will be bringing my wifes car to them next.
