Brought my vehicles here for years, service was ok, vehicles were in the shop for long periods of time on occasion. had a wheel bearing go out in my cars front end and brought it here. they told me it was a rock in my brakes and car was ok to drive, vehicle completely broke down due to the bearing on the hwy and had to tow the car home and back to payless garage. another time they did work on the front end of my... view more 4x4, i was told when I picked they truck up they replaced a stub axel while doing the other work. they`re suppose to inform you of any work they do to your vehicles. My 4x4 system never worked again since they did this unauthorized work. when I asked them to repair it my truck was at payless garage for two weeks and I never once got a estimate from them, they declined any wrong doing in my 4x4 system going bad. I will never use this shop again.

They were nice, honest mechani...

They were nice, honest mechanics and got my car back to me pretty fast. I was pleased with the reasonable estimate and that was what I paid when I picked it up. no extras. The turn around was pretty quick too.

They do a great job. I have had my car in for a few things and once I leave have not had another problem. They are nice people too. I think their rates are average but the service is not!

Great repairs always. Oil changes, transmission work, you name it, they can do it! For all of the years I have lived in Salem they have taken great care of my car. They also charge more than fair prices.
