Worst customer service in decades

I don`t know if my nightmare experience with Speedy Glass was their Tualatin or Tigard office near Portland. Genevieve ran the phones. They bid the job equal to Milgard and seemed ready to do the job quicker. They said they`d order the four windows, didn`t hear back. Called and they said ""woops, didn`t order the parts"". More delay. The tech came and only brought 3 of 4 windows. They said they`d reorder 4th windo... view morew and I`d have to book new appt. The next tech came and broke the fourth window installing it, plus left grease and handprints 360 degrees around the newly painted window frame. They reordered the 4th window and eventually set a 2:30pm window start time on a certain day. That day, the tech called and wanted to come at 12:50pm or I`d have to reschedule. I rescheduled. The tech comes out for the next appt, and contrary to assurances from Genevieve, he doesn`t clean the window frame. From bid to completion, a 6 week job for four windows. I`ll never use them again.
