This is a great place to do business.......
I?ˆ™ve known some members of the Moto Corsa staff since they incorporated the Lotus dealership a number of years back. From my initial contact, I?ˆ™ve always had a great experience. I was able to score one of the first Elise cars offered by the dealership way back when. Nice car, but not a Ducati.
I live quite a bit out of town, so I make my purchases over the phone. The staff has always been able to find what I n... view moreeed and get it to me without hassles. A few years back I dropped off one of my bikes for service when they were in the process of relocating the dealership. I delivered the bike to the old location in Beaverton. They said, no problem, and transported it to their Portland shop to be serviced. I would have expected, ?ˆ?sorry bud, but we don?ˆ™t live here no more?ˆ?.
Besides, what other dealer in the area, car or other, arranges for 6 track days per year, I ask you? I don?ˆ™t know of any. So, is this a great place to do business, you bet it is

BUYER BEWARE!!!
This place is crooked! I would never buy from them again - worst experience ever! I bought a new 2009 Ducati 1198 there in Sept 2010.
This was my experience:
#1. In the showroom - i saw my motorcycle a new red ducati 1198 (my mistake: assuming that the showroom shows new 2010 bikes only, 2009 and 2010 looks exactly alike). I was never told that i was dealing a 2009 bike off the showroom, i only found out d... view moreuring the finance signing....so beware! I was so tired after 6 hours at the dealership at that point I just wanted my bike and didn`t care it was a 2009 or 2010. This was partially my mistake but i feel i should have been informed since the 2009/2010 looks alike. The dealership should also be marking their bikes 2009 or 2010 since they look alike!
#2 After the deal was done, I was called the next day by the finance manager Jason Wilson that he made a clerical error and did not add my pitbull bike stand into the sales price and that I still owe money for the pitbull stand. This was totally their fault - they should have itemize line items on the sales sheet for the parts...not just only on their computer screen.
#3 Jason Wilson finance manager informed me that the Ducati bonus dollars was $1200 towards the 1198. I asked for the line items of the sales price to see where the $1200 was applied. When I questioned the numbers because it didn`t add up, he called back the next day saying that he made another mistake telling me the Ducati bonus dollars was $1200 which it was actually $1000. Yet, another costly mistake!
The sales process was horrible! The sales person made me wait for a few hours before meeting with the finance person - I think this was their plan...wear out the customer and then throw a bunch of numbers at them during the finance process.
I would recommend going to Ducati in Salem/Seattle/Bellevue before going to this place.
I do LOVE my DUCATI 1198 though!

Remember the bar in ""Cheers?""
I have been very impressed with two shops; Motocorsa and BMW of Western Oregon. Both are well managed, professional; knowledgeable, and high quality products. The tone is very different; Motocorsa is hip; BMW is German. Visit them both; I have a motorcycle from both and they are NOT interchangeable. Don`t be confused; both have fantastic customer service but delivered in very different ways. If you are decidin... view moreg between them; there is no bad answer

Best Customer Service around!!
If you are shopping for a motorcycle, I highly recommend Motocorsa.. It was my first purchase of new bike and
felt overwhelmed until I decided to visit Motocorsa.. The shop is very inviting and the staff even better.. I worked with Gray Moen in deciding which bike was the best fit for me. He was very professional, knowledgable, friendly, and an experienced rider himself. After deciding which Ducati was right... view more for me...Erica helped me with all my saftey gear, she was knowledgable and fun!
Not only did the process go smoothly but Gray also recommended a group for me to ride with, which has been great on my confidence and skill development. Without any doubts, this was the best experience I have had in purchasing a vehicle..

Motocorsa Portland, OR
Motocorsa; nice shop (bit hard to find), bunch of bikes & NICE people. No pressure, very easy going and sales staff are approachable. Shows pride in the products, shop is clean, staff knowledgable with various services and necessary information. They offered me & my daughter pastry and coffee (me) while we browsed. If anyone is considering a Ducati MC, highly recommend a visit to the shop and look around the shop... view more and approach the staff with any information. The accessory department has bunch of stuff that are displayed and the service shop is busy, but always willing to answer any questions! Bikes are bit on the high end of the price scale, but it`s a Ducati and unlike UJMs, they definitely take business/customer service seriously.
Now, IF I can only decide on either a GS or the new Multi-S... :D
