I found our Escalade on Craigslist from
I found our Escalade on Craigslist from JM, I fell in love, later that day i had my husband go down and test drive it. That night we drove home a 07 escalade. The sales people were very helpful, they promised to fix a few things that were wrong with it, and that they did even gave us a few extras. It was nice looking at the very high end cars on the lot. The mechanic`s a also very nice and easy to work with. Thanks ... view moreDani

THE WORST PLACE TO GO! The salesmen
THE WORST PLACE TO GO! The salesmen have NO knowledge of the high complexity of the vehicles they are selling. Little to no honesty throughout the entire purchase. I went to another dealership a couple weeks later and was given a true experience. Yes all business`s need to make a profit. BUT Jordan motors sells high end cars with high end maintenance needs. They are unwilling to work with the customer and took advant... view moreage of me while my child was there. Charging me any random fee they thought of, which is illegal as you have 3 business days in Oregon to decide if you even want to keep the car after your purchase. This was more than a monetary loss but an entire weekend and a headache. DO NOT GO HERE!! You will be lied to with a smile. They DO not even deserve the one star I gave them.

Bad- Shady Place
They took forever to pay off my trade in and I was stuck paying on a car I did not own for over a Month. Don`t go to them for cars....they are not honest and don`t help.

Best Car Purchasing Experience Ever!!!!!!!
These guys had their sh*t together!!! They had us in the perfect car with in no time flat! We are hard to finance and they got the job done, in record time. We were out of there with a great car for the money. I sincerely thank Paulie and Jake for all of their hard, fast work.

DO NOT GO HERE, PLEASE STAY AWAY, YOU NEED TO READ REVEIWS
If your looking for an experience that SUCKS. My wife and I put our theory`s and the general stereotypical assumptions the world seems to have these days aside and try out this local small used car lot a chance and we were told that the car had been serviced and it had new tires (hence the ad on Craigslist). We were also told that the warning light on dash was due to a light bulb and the salesman knew that is was a 5... view more00.00 part because when we took it to the vehicles dealership in Beaverton they stated, ""that the car lot had jimmy-rigged the light motor wont be safe to drive at night. So we have 3 kids and just the fact they would sell me a vehicle with headlight and safety issues warns me against this dealership. They even promised me after bringing these problems with the undercarriage and other issues that they would fix,we got home only one of what they said they would fix, the owners brother named Shady, he looks right at me and states both parts are being fixed and like I said when I get home one had been done and when I tried to explain that I was very upset and now am out almost 500.00 for headlight at the cars dealership, he has the balls to state, no, text me that ""In lue of the headlight we will do the other sides part"", hey genius you told me you were going to fix both anyway, you and the owners brother. Now back to the ad that my wife and I saw craigslist ad after buying the car and when we took it back to actually present problems to the owners brother, Shady, he stated that the car hadn`t even been serviced and I stated ""Well your manager salesman stated it had and been detailed and that was not true either, and also I told him that the ad stated new tires and if he would stand behind his ad and he tried to sell me tires at cost, yea sell me what he as a car business stated was already part of the sale that it did not have."" He went beyond and tried to calm me with a smooth talk scenario that he would fix the problems and that the sound was due to the vehicle being an `ALL WHEEL DRIVE"", yea, popping and steering problems that pop are normal, come on genius, get a new integrity and honest platform to live on. If he stated he new so much about vehicle, how could he when he just stated before that the car hadn`t even been serviced nor detailed, so he just confirmed what I have been saying and I am writing this much I gave these guys a chance with a professional demeanor and when I tried it failed so I became firm with language and had to basically cross examine these fools so they would fall into a corrective state to do what I had deserved and that was being sold a solid used car and that was like when they advertised it. No one should have to do this to get a car that is advertised and not lied to. They will smooth talk this review and say that anybody can say anything, that is because I have read many reviews on these guys and should have listened to them, they were mostly horrific and like I said earlier we wanted to try to put all assumptions and prejudice aside and it looks like we just need to protect ourselves even further from now on, go to the actual dealership that your car belongs to so that it is serviced and actually scanned and certified.and be met with someone that is in there mid 30`s and 40`s looking like a frat boy or rap star. I now know I will never put my assumptions or prejudice asside and I will only deal with professional dealerships from now on that are educated and have integrity. I highly advise you never to go to this dealership, don`t chance it, you will be out more money than you will ever want to be and you wont be sold a car that is not safe. How could you sell a car knowing the problems and service record and lie to us about that, you guys knew it and still did it. Sad, very sad. Oh yea and the popping sounds from under car are still there, yea Shady, your mechanic knows how to work on european cars, you guys don`t get it,. You know I knew you wouldn`t fix the probl

Be Wary of Cars from here
Car was misrepresented . Make sure that you have your mechanic check out the car before you buy! The car I bought (sadly) did not have a air filter in it and I was told that they put new brakes on it ,all they did was turn the rotors! It also turns out that the engine had been replaced with no mention of this fact at the time of sale. BE VERY WARY of purchasing anything from this business .Better yet just stay away f... view morerom them!

Great Car - Fair Price
The guy works hard, was honest, and even called to tell us he had found the car mats weeks after we had picked up the car. Good experience.
BTW - his being from Jordan does not seem to effect the way the car drives.
CeeW - would you prefer an Oregon City meth head with tats and a spotted pitbull? I would rather shake hands with Jordan than some spitballer in incEstacada at Vics Auto Warehouse.

Dishonest and pushy! Do not go to this business!
Be wary of this dealership. It is owned by a Jordanian immigrant who has set up shop in our city and is taking advantage of innocent folks who don`t know the games that auto dealers play. This dealership is new to Portland and has no history here. They have no positive feedback from consumers and we should all question their financial motives in light of the fact that the owner is from a middle Eastern country.
