Great place for honest service.
I took my car in for service here because I had a coupon for a transmission fluid service. Turns out I had a bigger problem, and I was better off taking it to the dealer for warrenty work, so they didn`t charge me a dime. Of course the dealership tried to jerk me around... But the nice folks at LO Transmission helped me hold their feet to the fire to get it fixed. I will take all my transmissions there in the futu... view morere!

Highly highly recommend!
This shop offers warranties better than the dealer. They do the best, most honest work I`ve seen. The owner Ken is honest and their technicians are highly skilled. I have had my cars worked on at other shops, and I have to say I will never go any where else for any of my auto needs as long as I live in the area. BTW this is the cleanest shop I have ever seen.

Great service and fair prices
I took my Chevy Tahoe in last month after dealing with 2 other mechanics who couldn`t seem to get it right. Ken was very honest and thorough with his explanation of the problem and was significantly less expensive than another bid that I had received. I would highly recommend them!

Wow! Exceptional service and follow thru
My son`s 97 GMC had a major seal leak due to a bad radiator -which led to ""frying"" the interior of the transmission. I saw the melted wires, scored plate and clutches and discolored metal parts.
Ken root (the owner) explained the need for a complete rebuild - quoted a price and stuck to it!!!! After several hundred miles - a ""clunk"" developed.
NO Problem!!! Ken had us bring it back in and after ma... view moreny test determined that the high temps that had melted the internal wires had also toasted other components(oxygen sensors and some wires).
Ken went ahead and fixed these related (but not just transmission) problems in a very timely manner and at an exceptionally reasonable cost.
I would highly recommend his services, and will definitely return to his shop again.
Any Questions? I`d be glad to answer them --Call Bob K @ 503-636-3432
