I have been looking for a replacement vehicle for about a month; mine was totaled in an accident in November. I had done a lot of research and decided on which truck I wanted. I searched locally, Central Oregon, for one. The truck I wanted was a Nissan Frontier. I found a few of them locally but the price was higher than what I could spend. I made a couple of offers on one at a lot in Redmond, but they literally laug... view morehed me out of their office. I kept searching on line and found several that were up in Portland and started to make contact with the lots and get information on them. I had my search narrowed down to two trucks both in Portland. I was able to get the car-fax on both trucks via the dealers and had conversations with them both for a couple of days. I finally decided to lean towards the one on the lot of Sunrise Auto Sales on 82nd in Portland. I talked with Zack several times and told him that I was 150 miles away and he would have to be my eyes and ears on the vehicle. He took it and drove it for a good test drive; he cold started it with me on the phone with him. He walked around the vehicle as I looked at the photos with questions he checked out the truck and each piece I had questions about he looked and answered. He sent me pictures of the tires via cell phone. He crawled under truck to double check for fluid leaks. Zack went over and above anything any car salesman had ever done for me. I was able to present on offer over the phone, from 150 miles away without a test drive, and we were able to come to an agreement for the purchase. Now I had not seen the truck nor drove it but with the conversations I had had with Zack I felt very comfortable that the truck was everything he said it was. I drove up to the lot, met Zack face to face we then went and looked at the truck, I did an inspection of the vehicle, started it up and looked at Zack and said "lets buy it". Everything he told me about the truck was spot on and true. Jim the finance person had everything in order and within 45 minutes of arriving at the lot I had signed papers and was on my way home back to Redmond. I cant thank Zack and Jim enough for their help and work on the deal. I was able to get the truck I wanted at a price I could afford and they were very helpful and professional in the way they handled the purchase. If given the opportunity I would highly recommend the drive up to work with these guys anytime. The next time I have to purchase a vehicle I would gladly spend the time to work with Sunrise Auto Sales. Thank you all very much Ole Hanson

I recommend sunrise auto sales. I`ve purchased two cars from them within the past two years. They are all very reliable, and also run and drive great. The customer service was great. I had the car for trade they pay top doller. I financed the diffrence, 90 days no payment with low rate. I would definetly recommend Sunrise Auto Sales to my friends.

I am not sure who all the people below

I am not sure who all the people below are talking about but I had the most HORRIBLE experience with Sunrise Auto. One year ago I bought a car from Sunrise. The car did even get me home without problems. I find out the Transmission needs completely replaced. (Oregon may not have a lemon law but they do have a law that states something sold needs to function for its intended purpose, and this vehicle, did NOT!) The me... view moren at the store began ignoring my calls, and I had to take train and bus up from Corvallis to reach them. They were UNWILLING to compromise on this purchase. The guy there goes so far to get his lawyer on the phone and tell me how much there is nothing I can do. I had a $1000 warranty with my purchase which they said the mechanic that works for them would replace my transmission for that price, a new transmission. I noticed problems as soon as I left the place with the ""new"" transmission. I went back only 8 months into my ""new"" transmission because I am obviously having transmission problems. The mechanic for sunrise refuses to admit that it is the transmission. Car hits the one year mark so this one year transmission warranty expires and I find out, My transmission is failing and will cost me thousands to fix, and ""It does not look new."" says an honest mechanic. THIS COMPANY SOLD ME SOMETHING THAT DOES NOT FUNCTION FOR ITS INTENDED PURPOSE. THIS COMPANY IGNORED ANY CONCERN FOR ME AS A CUSTOMER THE SECOND I WALKED OUT THE DOOR. THIS COMPANY SENT ME TO THEIR MECHANIC WHO LIED TO ME. I NOW HAVE A PILE OF METAL WASTE... Anyone want a car for parts? I would not trust this business with a dime.

WATCH OUT FOR THIS DEALER

We purchased a SUV from them my wife drove 30 miles and the MOTOR SEIZED while she was on I-5 and almost caused a major accident. They had us come in 2 days later to purchase an extended waranty for $760.00 stating they would pay for it "" insurance fraud""? However the Insurance denied the claim ( trying to get that refunded), Hugo stated they had their mechanic look at the SUV which he did but after speaking to the... view moreir mechanic he stated "" I told them the oil pump needed to be replaced"" even after he told them they still sold us the vehicle and didnt disclose that to us Hugo said "" sorry you bought the vehicle as is"". So BUYER BEWARE!!! If you purchase a car I would spend the time and money to take it to your own mechanic and have them totally inspect the vehicle. I would of rather been out 50.00 then Thousands of dollars

Very Honest Deals

I got a car financed by United Finance and Hugo was very open and truthful with me the whole time and to even make things better he offered for me to speak with the bank. I did and was able ""Plead my case"" due to the nature of my credit at the time and the bank financed the vehicle for me. Went back there again for another vehicle about a year later and got same treatment. ASK FOR HUGO and tell him LABEEB sent you.

The worst experience buying a vehicle!

This dealership is by far the worst experience of ever buying a car. Jim, the manager of this location, had my wife and I drive off the lot without working head lights, or break lights. After we demanded he fixed the lights, he took the vehicle possession of the vehicle overnight, and the next day proceeded to tell me that he didn`t know where the car was and wouldn`t let me talk to the owner. After we got the vehicl... view moree back, he later told me two ""auction buddies"" worked on it, this is after my wife drove the vehicle off the lot and the vehicle had broken down on the freeway an hour out of Portland with my 16 month old son, and he proceeded to tell me the vehicle had the head gaskets replaced 2 weeks prior which he didn`t tell us when we purchased the vehicle which didn`t show up on the CARFAX report. Now we have a broken down car when we only have had possession of the vehicle for 2 and a half hours total. Jim, the manager, has lied to us about the car the entire time and completely swindled us. NO STARS!

Clowns

Hate to say it, but I have to wonder if the positive reviews on here were written by the staff. These guys sold us a car that wouldn?ˆ™t pass DEQ and it?ˆ™s been five weeks and counting and we still don?ˆ™t have the car back. Whenever we called, they would ignore our phone calls. One day while on my way to work, I drove by the dealership who had parked our car on a side street and now had its front bumper hanging off. Most crooked car business.

I bought a car from them when I took it to DEQ (yes they said I had to DEQ it myself) it didn`t pass anything. So I bought it back in and they said it would be back in two days It`s been about a month and 2 days now. At about 2 weeeks into it they finally gave me a loaner which happen to have the check engine light go on and start driving like crap within a week.
