Reviews:
Our 27` 2012 travel trailer was banged up by another site renter at our storage facility. It happened on a Saturday and we called some of the `big name` RV sales and repair folks that we thought would be open on a Saturday to come give an estimate. For each of those calls we were either greeted with voicemail, or a resounding `no` when we asked for someone to come out and an even bigger `no` when we asked if those ... view morecompanies would be able to tow our banged up trailer to their facility for repairs.
I started searching the internet for a local repair facility and came across American RV Repair. Terry, the owner, answered on the second ring and was immediately helpful and friendly. He said he knew exactly where we were, sit tight and he`d be there in about 10 minutes. Less than 10 minutes later there he was, inspecting our rig, discussing repairs, and taking down our insurance information so he could provide us (and them) with a quote. He was quick and thorough with his quote and our insurance company didn`t bat an eye at the very reasonable quote he provided. Terry picked up our trailer from storage and towed it to his facility for the repairs, then kept me in the loop as things went along, even copying me on emails when he communicated with outside vendors for parts for our trailer.
We had several `fun` items we had been meaning to add to our trailer but just hadn`t gotten around to them. He gave us a very reasonable quote for installing those items, installed them beautifully and even fixed up some other miscellaneous items like a blind cord holder that had broken and some cupboard hinges that were wonky and catawampus. Not only did he end up NOT charging us for those extra things he did (including the add-on`s we requested) but he washed and waxed the rig before we picked it up and since he knew we were taking it directly camping after we picked it up, he even charged up our batteries and cooled the refrigerator for us so it was ready to use immediately. The trailer looks as good, or better, than before the accident. It is service, quality, professionalism, and thoughtfulness like this that will keep us coming back to Terry every time we need even the slightest bit of work done on our rig. I am so pleased with the results and the service we received, I just can`t say enough. I even told Terry and his wife that people are likely to think I`m related to them by how much I am gushing about their business.
If you ever need work done, don`t walk - run to Terry and his team. You will NOT be disappointed!
