Happy with Service

I ordered a new set of side windows for a newly acquired Wrangler, found the crew experienced and most helpful. Although the wrong doors came in (fault of the shipper), they located a correct set elsewhere in town and had them delivered within two hours....also, since it was raining, they let me pull in under cover and helped to istall them. Warning Beware

Beware of this company! I have been a customer for several years and on my last visit, I was quoted prices for several items i needed for my Jeep totaling over 500.00 after waiting 3 weeks for the items to arrive (I was told 4 days) Mark tried to charge me an extra 142.00 they told me i was a liar and he would not honer the prices Dan quoted (even though they admitted the guy i spoke with was new?) and 76.00 for ship... view moreping that was not discussed? When i refused to pay the inflated prises Jim (the owner) told me they could care less about my business they had plenty, and someone will pay there prices, The previous time they took my visa # off a old invoice and charged me for shipping two weeks after i had paid cash for a item. The only way i found out about it was when i received my visa bill the following month. I like to support local companies but with them i would suggest Shopping the Internet before you buy from this company. Buyer beware
