I had shopped around trying to get catalytic converters replaced on a not so commonly driven, older vehicle. When you hear that, you know its going to cost you! I have had some not so good experiences until the excellent service and repair by Exhaust Specialties. They were very professional, got right to work on my car. I planned to stay the day since everyone else said it would take all day. In other words they all... view more wanted me to drop off the car, so they can pick everything over and see what they can get me for. I was impressed by Bob Shean, who quickly overviewed my car problems, gave me a reasonable quote, (was actually much less than the others), to which I gladly agreed to the job. He then set my expectations and ordered the parts. A friend had planned to take me to lunch. When I came back, my vehicle was sitting outside. I came in and they explained that it was ready to go. SHOCKED.... SPEECHLESS... RELIEVED!!!!
I can not say enough for the job that they performed today. I can tell you, this is one of the few times I have came home happy after having to spend $1,100on a repair. I feel quite confident of the work done. Unlike what my mother always said, I SAY, ""If you want something done right, don`t do it yourself, take it to Exhaust Specialties!!!"" (sorry mom) As the other professional shop also use them. The don`t have WiFi but you can pick it up from Bob Lampere,s Jeep right next door!
