My Girlfriend wanted to buy me a new CD player for x-mas, I went to Sargent`s pick it out with a new install kit, came to $220.00. I got it Christmas day and installed it my self. I was having issues with the blue tooth right away, It did not want to link sometimes, than one side of my speakers stopped working, I tore it a part thinking a wire came loose, turns out it has a bad RCA on the front left RCA jack. I calle... view mored and explained the issue to owners wife, she was SO RUDE! I went there in person ans she was just as RUDE, her Husband was there and in the middle of a install would not ever give me the time of day! she looked up my info and cause I installed the deck my self It has to be shipped to Pioneer to be fixed, Are you kidding me? this is what I get for buying local and NOT off ebay! I said I just want my money back than, she said there`s a 15% restocking fee, I now get $170.00 back for my $200.00 deck my GF bought me LESS THAN A MONTH OLD! I walked out and said I will taking the deck out and bringing it back! I will NEVER EVER do business with Sargent`s Stereo again! HORRIBLE customer service! and they DO NOT back there product, STAY AWAY!

Very Happy Customer

I shopped around town before coming to Sargen`t Stereo. They did a great job matching my needs with my budget. I was super happy that they were able to get me car stereo installed right there and then. They gave me a price that far surpassed the other shops I looked into, threw in a couple of extras to ensure I left a very happy customer. Professional, Good prices, great customer service

We have purchased 3 car stereos from Sargent`s and have been pleased each time. Now that we started Jana`s Mobile Pet Spa and bought a grooming van, we need another stereo.
