I call in on a Saturday and ask if they
I call in on a Saturday and ask if they could take a look at my car because I think something is wrong with the suspension or shocks or something. (i didn`t know I wasn`t the expert) so they told me to bring it on in and they would get to it.

So I drop it off at 9am on Saturday, the sales tech asks me what I think is wrong with it and I tell him, well it rides really hard and rough, but I had someone else tel... view morel me a caliper bolt or something was missing, it also makes a loud metal on metal sound when I backup and apply my brakes.

He tells me, no worries as soon as the tech lifts it in the air they will see all the issues. (hahahaha) Yeah I wasn`t comfortable with that statement and I should have left right then and there, but I explained to him again about the loud noises my car was having and the rough riding experience in the car. I stressed this to them 3 times.

As soon as I leave it was about 3hrs later and he calls me up to say the tech has found the issue and it is indeed my shocks and struts and my sway bar. So I tell them to go ahead and replace. Grand total of $765.00 dollars.

About 3hrs later giving them a total of 7hrs working on my car he calls me back and says its finished. I go and pay them off and take my car.... I drive about a mile away and I start hitting bumps and the loud noise is still there, its a little better on the ride but the loud metal on metal is still there and also when I backup. So they didn`t fix the issue.

I call back and tell them, they say its too late to bring it in but to call back Monday to schedule an appt. So I call back on Monday and they give me the run around for the full day, telling me someone is going to call me back and nobody ever did. I then call back right before they closed and got the Tech that worked on my car and talked to him. He said bring it in tomorrow (Tuesday) at 7:30am....

So Tuesday comes and I drop it off at 7:30am. The sales tech is working too, I tell him that maybe this time he should write stuff down that I`m telling him is the issue, he writes everything down this time.

About 4hrs later they call me up and tell me its a Caliper bolt missing.... cost is 35 bucks to replace.... OK HOLD THE PHONE!!!! I came to you as not an expert, I came to you for advice and expert advice, I even told you what a previous tech told me about a caliper bolt or something and you just disregarded it. Plus I`ve paid 765 dollars for what????? Was all that other stuff even needed??? Who knows now????

So I say great just fix it please, (still having faith that everything needed to be done so I`m not going to get upset) So he says ok were only charging you for the part and no labor, so I felt good about that one. 35 bucks and thats it...

5hrs later, YES 5hrs later..... so a grand total of 9hrs of total work time on my vehicle before they call me back... its now 4pm... He says its all done come and get it...

I get over there pay the 35 and drive off, he was right the riding rough and loud noise was gone... However as I backup the loud noise comes back and its back to metal on metal.....

Final Conclusion.... Olson Bros had my vehicle for well over 14+hrs over 2 days and charged me 800 dollars and I still have the issue at hand..... What a joke of a business and I`m going to the BBB to file a complaint.

Do not use these Grease Monkeys, I wonder if there is a real honest Tech place out there that works on vehicles instead of working the crap out of someones pocket book or taking advantage of a uneducated vehicle driver...

So much for real PROFESSIONALS

I came in to the Olson Bros Tire
I came in to the Olson Bros Tire Factory based on a recommendation of their mechanic Steve. I needed a 60k check on my car done for my toyota warranty. This place did a very thorough inspection, very quick, and the price was less then HALF of what Toyota was going to charge me. Additionally, when I was paying, they took the time to explain what everything meant, and counciled me on my brakes and what the numbers mea... view morent and when I would need replacements. I didn`t feel like they were being pushy or anything, which is the feeling I usually get from other places (like jiffy lube)... the guys here were very friendly, very nice, and I am definitly coming back!

Great Place
Was ripped off elsewhere - went to Olson Bros and they were fantastic. Wish I had gone to them in the first place. Honest and fast. Good guys.
