True quality deserves no stars at all. I had an awful experience with them and would never go back and I ended up trading in the car they fixed for me because I was afraid it was going to fall apart at anytime. They kept my car for a month. I didn`t even get a call with any updates on repairs until the day before it was complete. When I finally picked it up there were areas damaged on it that weren`t damaged when it ... view morewent in the shop (chipped paint in areas not involved in accident and chipped paint in newly painted bumper, bodyline uneven, seal broken on headlight that was not damaged prior to going into shop) they were very unprofessional and the even the insurance company could not believe the level of incompetence coming from this shop. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!!! They clearly don`t know how to work on cars! Had it there twice each time getting it back with more damage than what it had! PLEASE, if you want your car done right do NOT use them!!!!!!!!!!!

Read this before going here!

After being rearended I went to True Quality Collision (recommended by his insurance company) to have my car repaired. 2 months later in a routine maintenance trip to my dealership I found out that my exhaust system replaced from the accident had not been put on correctly and had rubbed against the body of my car, and now needed to be replaced again.. the paint on my left bumber was bubbling and getting ready to star... view moret coming off.And after many washes I still have overspray on the back and sides of my car (which I was told it would come right off after me washing my car) Don`t go anywhere but your dealership to have your vehicle fixed after an accident no matter what their insurance tells you.. You have the choice to take it anywhere (wish I would of known that before the experience)
