AVOID AT ALL COST - Horrible service and business ethics!
Horrible! Do not go to this place even if it is a last resort. My husband and I bought a vehicle from here back at the end of 2005. The vehicle had some issues and the owner gave us ""a boy scouts honor"" that he would have everything fixed up for us. Yeah like that really happened. We are not those type of people. We always made our payments on time. Actually usually early. Well all of a sudden I get a call from some man with a very rude tone asking where I was. He would not give me his info so I would not give him mine. Finally he told me that he would track me down and take my car. I asked him what he was talking about. I was completely paid up. He said no you`re not. He actually told me he was going to put a warrant out for my arrest and that the cops would pull me over take my car and take me to jail. I`ve never dealt with this kind of thing so I was shaken. Then I find out he was even calling an harrassing and threatening my family. I contacted the owner and he told me that he can`t control what other companies do. Ummmm ..... afterall he is contracted through Actuion Auto Sales. So they told me that I was 3 payments behind. I was paniced because I knew there was no possible way. I spend hours getting all of my payments together (we had just moved so everything was boxed up). I had all of my credit card payments, money order receipts and cleared checks together and realized that I indeed was not behind. I was actually ahead by a payment!. I faxed the proof over to them. I didn`t even get an apology! They just said ""fine we`ll update everything"". This happened on two seperate occassions. I wouldn`t wish this place on my worst enemy.
