Be very careful about having any work done at Enger in North Ridgeville. My family has had all three of our cars serviced there over the past 7 months. The day after our most recent visit (for a simple oil change), my teen-age daughter became stranded out of town with smoke coming out from under the hood of her car. It was discovered that the oil cap was missing. Thankfully the staff at Ashland Enger saved th... view moree day, replacing the lost oil, coolant, and degreasing under the hood. Enger of N. Ridgeville has some careless, if not incompetent technicians working for them. This is not the first stupid mistake they`ve made either!
