OUTSTANDING customer service! Had the work done fast. Acknowledge my young son, my busy parent schedule & kept my son entertained. Fair price. I`ve shopped around. This is THEE place to go!
I needed to replace all 4 tires, bolts, and wheel studs. All this I knew previously to going to Grismer. They were a bit busy but had the whole job done in a little over 2 hours!
By the way, there is a guy by the name of S... view moreean who is OUTSTANDING at Grismer! They have a bookshelf and toy box for my son to read and play with. Between Sean & the toys, they kept my son entertained the whole time!
The employee Sean, told me and showed me exactly what was wrong. He also pointed out the damage I had on my wheel studs.
I previously took my car to Wal Mart on Georgesville Rd two years ago and instead of pre-threading the bolts onto the wheel studs, the employee just held them up to the wheel stud, took the air pressure gun & grind the bolts onto the wheel studs.
I will NEVER, EVER go to Wal Mart Auto Center again! Wal Mart is not ASE certified and they can`t do anything about this employee`s blatant mistake! My tires should have lasted longer and they should have pre-thread the bolts onto the wheel studs! I`ve only had my car over two years! ARGH!
I LOVE Grismer! They have made me a customer for life! I will always go to them for all my auto needs from now on! I HIGHLY recommend Grismer Auto Service Center to everyone!

Not finishing the job.......

I went in to get an oil change and while there they asked if I would like to have my tires rotated. Of course I let them do it but now I wish they did not. Three days after I had the oil change and tires rotated my SUV started making a strange noise. I thought it was my brakes so I decided to inspect them and upon doing so I discovered that the drivers side rear wheel had a lug nut stud broke off and the other 4 lugs... view more were bearly hand tight. That was the strange noise that came about. I check the other wheels and found that the other rear wheel had two of the lugs loose. After replacing the stud on the driver side and tightening the rest of the lugs the noise goes away. I will never go back to this LAZY and FORGETFUL place again. Thanks for nothing....

Terrible experience

I spent a miserable 4 hours at this place when I went in thinking I could get a quick minor repair. I just wanted to get a wheel balanced. Waiting, waiting, waiting... then upsold on a serpentine belt that I suspect was fine when I went in there, then upsold on brake service that I am not sure was really needed. And after all that, when I drove away my wheel still wasn`t balanced properly. This was an experience t... view moreypical of so many bad car service stories. I will not be back, and I advise all my friends to avoid this place.
