A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!
Trying to work with Boardman Nissan was AWFUL. The Boardman Nissan Auto Dealership was like going back in a time machine. The Assistant Manager Chris kept me there on Monday until past 11pm, for no good reason, our business was done, he knew this at 10 am, yet kept me there all day believing their was still a deal in place...very UNPROFESSIONAL on his part, childish I would say. Secondly, do not let Sam Shipton the s... view moreales person into your vehicle, I believe he stole a cell phone car charger out of the vehicle I was driving...who does that?...(those things are like $10.00!!!) furthermore I believe he accesed a computer I had used and entered my personal social networking site and left terrible posts under my name, I must have made him angry, but thats no excuse...Honestly these guys are PROFESSIONALS? Dont deal with Boardman Nissan Auto Dealership in Boardman Ohio, you will regret it, as I did

Service Dept Problems
Seems as though the sales dept and the service dept is two different entities.
Bought a used Nissan at this dealership and was suggested to get a remote start system installed by the people that are trusted by everyone in this town as being the REAL pro`s(even suggested by the salesman who sold me the car!).
About a year after the fact, my car was stranded with a starting issue. I had to have the car towed to the d... view moreealer and was told that the problem could not be solved unless the "aftermarket" remote start system was removed by the service dept at a cost of $200.00 out of pocket. I am sure that this was done as "punishment" for not buying the item from the dealership.
That`s all fine but I hear that this is not the first time that this dealerships service dept has pulled this on someone who is unsuspecting. I found a few people that all have had the same thing happen and had the "repair" done at the same cost, to only have the remote start reinstalled by the place that orriginally installed it and the car works fine.
Sounds a little questionable.
I have had the local shop reinstall the remote start back onto my car and it works fine.

Very Good
Clean facility and knowledgeable staff in the service and sale department. Kenny, their head mechanic has been their for over 20 years. He is a very good mechanic. If you have nissan that needs service, take Boardman Nissan and ask for Kenny to work on your car.
