After removal, usable parts are cleaned and thoroughly inspected to make sure they meet our warranty standards. **Warehouse** Our warehouses are designed to store cleaned and inspected parts safely and efficiently. The warehouses are organized into areas for smaller parts, larger body parts and assemblies, and heavier power train components like engines, transmissions, and rear axle assemblies. My husband needed a side quart...

My husband needed a side quarter window for his Chevy Express work van. A semi drove by him while he was parked on the side of the highway and sucked it right off. Fox auto said they had one...for $85!!! So, seeing as he didnt want to be driving around without a window, he went and paid the ridiculous price. Later that day, he was at Pull-a-Part because he still hadnt found a rim that he needed for the same van. He f... view moreound that side window for around $23. So, I told him to of course take the other one back! It was to late for him to go back yesterday, so I took it back this morning as they only give you two days to return. Then they want 20% to return it! $17 they ripped me off for nothing. I asked him to give me a break on it, not charge me nothing, but certainly not $17 for nothing and we drove there and back from Alliance twice! He claimed he couldnt do anything about it, AFTER he had already said "especially since you used a credit card". As though, if it wasnt a credit card then he would have been willing to negotiate, but then claimed he didn`t have the authority and nobody there did! It doesnt cost $17 to run a credit card! If you decide to go here, make sure you want to get ripped off coming and going! I still saved $45 on the part, even with them ripping me off! I know we won`t be going back. Customer service is a big part of business, a part that they are lacking terribly.
