This place has the best customer service around! I called and talked to Carrie to get a quote for a new windshield. She was knowledgable, efficient, professional and helpful. The quote I got from Guardian was better than every online quote I got including the big name companies who offer discount codes and coupons. Guardian beat them all hands down! I called on a Monday and Carrie set up my appointment for Wednesday.... view more The service man followed through exactly as Carrie told me he would. He called to verify everything and was here when he said he would be! Guardian is lucky to have a rep in the field like him! He came to my work and was finished with the job in about 30 minutes from start to finish. He even put my oil change sticker from the old windshield onto the new one. He too was professional, knowledgable and friendly! I could not be happier with my first Guardian Glass experience!
