Finally-honest car sales!

As a 24 year old woman who is completely uncomfortable at a car dealership, shopping for a new car proved to be very stressful. I went to plenty of dealerships and felt mistreated, swindled, used, etc...until I came to Brunswick Auto Mart. My salesman was Chuck and he made me feel immediately comfortable. He didn`t give me the runaround or any bologna, we just got right down to business, crunched some numbers an... view mored walked me through everything. At other dealerships it felt like an enormous process to buy a car and get everything together-but Chuck found the perfect car and closed the deal for me in just two trips-could have been one if I hadn`t forgotten a few things! Everyone at the dealership was friendly and made sure I was taken care of. I highly recommend going over to Brunswick Auto Mart and asking for Chuck-he`s the man! -Amanda

Unacceptable

I was interested in a vehicle at Brunswick Auto Mart. I was told that to secure the car and the deal I needed to write a check for $500 that they would hold onto until I picked up the vehicle in less than 24 hours. When I came back to sign the paper work to purchase the car, they had already sold the car. Not only did they sell the car but they cashed my deposit check (which I was told numerous times that it would ... view morenot be cashed). Also, after all of this trouble they caused they gave me a hard time when I told them I wanted my $500.00 refunded to me. Unbelievable and unacceptable. Horrible and dishonest service.
