Excellent Service

Chris in service is incredible. Got me in for a repair the same day. Everyone there is pleasant and very helpful. My only complaint is that I had to endure Fox News while in the waiting. Better to have a non-political channel on. Not everyone in Westlake is a hard right idealogue.

Great place, left nothing unanswered.

My wife and I have bought more then a few cars over the years and its been years since we looked at new fords. Our salesman Lee was kind enough to show us everything and not pressure us whatsoever. Ever itme was disclosed in black and white we knew what our trade was worth, and we were surprised there was no games with the value. It was blue book trade value. DO NOT BELIEVE ANYTHING A SALESPERSON TELLS YOU AT JOHN LANCE FORD. I WAS TOLD WE WOULD GET THE SALVAGE VALUE BACK ON A TRUCK WE TURNED IN FOR CASH FOR CLUNKERS. NOW DEAN SZALAI IS SAYING THEY KEEP THE SALVAGE VALUE AND WILL NOT REFUND THE MONEY DUE TO US. THIS DEALERSHIP TELLS NOTHING BUT LIES ALL THE WAY THROUGH THE SELLING PROCESS.
