Customer Service at it`s best!

I recently bought my 04 GMC Sierra from Franks and it is the 3rd car I have purchased from them! I love dealing with the owners and not some sales person who doesn`t care about me and is more worried about pushing out another unit. Whenever I go to Franks I feel like family and get treated as such. Franks is always fair on the trade...and I always feel like I got a good deal on the car I`m buying. If you`re in the market for a used car I definitely recommend considering Franks...Especially if you`re looking for low mileage upscale vehicles...not just a beater that hasn`t even been serviced or detailed like at most other used car lots you`ll find! I had a small mechanical issue with the first car I bought 8 years ago within the first month and I remember how much it meant to me that Frank was willing to help out and pay for the repairs.

I was looking for a dependable...

I was looking for a dependable used car and did not want to deal with a new car dealership. I research the internet, read all the reviews, talked with friends and wound up buying from Franks Auto. I dealt with Frank the owner and he was not high pressure like other places I visited. He let me take the car to my mechanic, who gave it an A+. Frank went over every detail of the 2005 Lexus, showing me the Carfax, any... view more repair bills that were recently done and offered an extended warranty at a reduction! The price was right, the car was right but I still had to think about it - No Problem. I came back with my father a few days later and Frank took the time to go over everything with him. Being this was a major purchase he also called the Better Business Bureau. I had my car now for about a month and wanted to wait to write my review. Nothing has changed, this dealership is great place and I am so glad we researched and found many good reviews. I would highly recommend purchasing a car from this dealership

If I could rate it 0 stars I would. Were sold an older model BMW and really feel as tho we were lied to on the original condition of the car. I would not trust anything these guys tell you - the car clearly had experienced a wreck which was not told to us originally, even when we asked about it. Will likely be getting rid of the car at a considerable loss. Buyers Beware.

Great Car

We drove over 60 miles to buy our Mini Cooper from Franks and it was well worth the drive! No pressure, really nice honest people. We will definately return when we need our next car.
