These people are very friendly and helpful- until you sign the contract. Are not responsive when vehicle breaks down, will not provide warranty service purchased by customer, evading phone calls & emails. I was happy with the car at the time of `purchase`, sold to me after being advertised as well-maintained, when records and the car`s current condition show this is not the case at all.

If I could give this place a 1/2 star, I would. Very shady company, especially with their financial department. Wendy is rude, and kept getting my information wrong with both personal info and info regarding the vehicle we had as well as financial info. Save your money and put it towards a respectable, honest dealer. In response to Devon`s negative feedback on this page, I know for a fact they do not thoroughly inspe... view morect the trade in cars they receive, as our trade in vehicle was sold the day after we turned it in. We know who bought it and can verify this as true. Unfortunately for Devon, the company probably didn`t inspect his car before selling it at that outrageous price. I recommend staying away from this company unless you want constant hassles both financially and mechanically from their vehicles. Also be aware that they require a GPS unit to be installed in your car before driving it off of the lot. I`m sure these other positive reviews were written under other emails by the owner and/or workers to make themselves look good. None of them resemble my experience.

I`d give them zero stars if I could. They are complete scammers. They sold me a car for $7,995 that is worth just over $3,000. Within two days of having the car, the engine light was on and it was leaking transmission fluid. After they had it for a week to fix it, we finally got it back, only for it to continue leaking transmission fluid AND it started leaking oil! They completely screwed us and took advantage of us because we were desperate for a car to get us to work and to get our one year old son to daycare. Now we are stuck paying $9,000 for this car that has all these problems and there`s no way for us to get out from under it. These people are absolutely terrible. I would never ever recommend them to anyone. Not even my worst enemy. They are crooks. Plain and simple.
