I took my `03 Tiburon to them ...

I took my `03 Tiburon to them for a hood latch repair and a thorugh check of all things and paid extra for timing belts to be checked also. I picked-up the car ,$$$ expensive, I made it 7 miles and the hood popped up after they repaired it and charged me! We had it on a &quot;new&quot; ace harware $5 bungee when it came to them and it was missing!! we had to drive it slowly &quot;dangerously&quot; 7 m... view moreiles back to them, without the safety of our bungee, because one of their people stole our &quot;new&quot; bungee!! They did repair it free after we bitched. my wife also commented several times about a chirping noise! they said it was nothing!! If they would have looked it over good enough they would have noticed it was the belt tensioner going out! It failed on my wife 2 weeks later as the chirp got louder! My wife was very dis-pleased that her car was there for more than a week with no call from them to only tell us their mechanic was ill for the week!! They only have one mechanic?? We also found a greasy oilsoaked bungee in our car when it was finished and it was not the brand or clean as the &quot;new&quot; ace hardware bungee we didn`t want that nasty thing in our car so we threw it away and purchased another! WE WERE VERY DIS-SATISFIED with their service and do not at this time plan to return to them for anything!!
