It`s amazing how people can take a story and embellish details. After reading these two reviews, these customers fail to mention they bought these vehicles with over 140,000 miles and combined Grover and Sons spent over $5000 on their vehicle repairs and gave them transportation why the cars were being fixed.I know personally Grover and Sons has sold over 1000 vehicles in just over two years and have a great reputation... view more and are continuing to grow. They just moved to a larger facility and our selling more cars than ever.Believe me,if they were a bad store in this day of media, they wouldn`t be getting bigger.Nobody is perfect but they try to go way beyond what any other store will do. Try having any small dealer(excluding buy/pay here as they charge so much for cars they have plenty of money made)fix your car for free and then give you a car to drive free. They help people build their credit and truly care,I just wish the hundreds of people who love Grovers would do what I am doing.

DONT BUY HERE! My husband and ...
DONT BUY HERE! My husband and I bought a 2004 ford Explorer from this company on July 22, 2011. The very next day I took it to NTB because it started making an awful noise in the front end. NTB informed me that the Hub Assembly was going out. I left NTB and went directly to the dealership to complain. THeir response was "Oh yeah we knew about that and have the part on order, we must have forgotten". So... view more I leave the car there. They give me a trailblazer to drive until the car is fixed. After having that vehicle for 2 hours I have to take it back because the a/c has quit working(it was 95 degrees out and the vehicle was black) next the try to give me a Dodge Durango. After starting it and getting my children in it, I immediately take them back out. The car was FILTHY! The exhaust was so loud that I could not hear my daughter in the back seat complaining about something sticky on her seat. So they put us in a thrid car for the day. A 200ish grand prix. Okay it didn`t smell and the exhaust was tolerable and the a/c worked. But every light possible was lit up on the dash. So after four days I get a call that my Explorer is ready for pick up. So I drive it for another 9 days then the transmission starts to go out. It was shifting really hard and completely missing 2nd gear. I take it back in. Tony, the guy who sold me the lemon, explains that their mechanic just quit and they are trying to get one in. He will call me when it`s done. A week later I call about my car. Tony tells me that he is taking it to a mechanic that they use in Logan that works on transmissions. That was on the 11th of Sept. So Sept 20th my 30 day warranty is up. Still no car. I finally pick my car up on the 31st of August. We are not 2 miles down the road and the car starts skipping gears and jumping. I call and leave a message for the OWNER. NO repsonse. My husband calls in and gets the OWNER on the phone. He says ok let me check it out and I will call you back. NO RESPONSE!!! We call back in on the 6th of Sept. Tony says, Yeah I completely forgot. Bring it in this Thursday the 8th. So we bring it in and the owner says oh we don`t have any room for it bring it back next Thursday. So we left very angry. We brought it back on the 15th of Sept. and Tony says to us, what happened, I thought we had an agreement that you were bringing it in last Thursday, he was very rude. Now I am highly pissed. We had to explain to him that the owner sent us home because of no room in the shop. So Tony explains that he will send it back to the shop in Logan because he obviously did not replace the transmission as he said he did. We hear nothing from the car company until around the 26th of Sept saying that the car was ready for pick up. SO we go and get it. The car was still shifting hard and jumping when you came to a stop. After being at my wits end with the dealership I take it to a transmission place in Heath. I am informed that it is an old transmisson, it has a severe leak and the seal that goes from the transmission to the engine is bad. It will cost me around $900 to get it repaired. So unable to pay for the repair right now I am having to take it in every three weeks for them to add transmission fluid. The problem is getting much worse and it slowly causing more damage which is going to result in a total of near $2000 to fix. To top the cake, yesterday as my husband is driving the Explorer home the hub assembly that was originally damaged and they "fixed" breaks completely. So I now have a vehicle sitting in my garage that I am unable to to drive. I am about to make my 6th payment on a vehicle that is not drivable. In the first 71 days of ownership we actually had possesion of the vehicle for 22 days. I STRONGLY URGE YOU TO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! Three other people that I have spoke to have has issues with the dealership as well.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM! We...
DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM! We bought a 2002 vehicle from them and with in 30days of having it we started having serious problems with it, we called them and they said there wasnt anything they could do. We had purchased their "warranty" they they told us was "vaild after 500 miles" turns out that they lied and it was only valid after 90 days AND 1000 miles! So when our car became ... view morecompletely immobile while we were a little over 100 miles away from home we were stranded. The warrenty wouldnt cover the repairs since it had been less than 60days. So we contact Grover and Sons again and they say they know someone that could fix it for less but he would call us and let us know how much. We agree and rent a car home. Well 3 weeks later we still havent heard back from them and are told by our neighbor that our car was sitting in their lot! So we called and they said we could come get it but we needed to pay them the repair and tow costs (which had never been discussed). We worked out an agreement and we got our vehicle back but they were unable to give me ANY information about the part that was replaced! Now we are currently dealing with an electrical/computer problem. A close family friend had purchased a vehicle from them and ended up returning the car to them after he found out that they hadnt given him the right carfax report and having major repairs shortly after his purchase! They do not have quality vehicles!
