Consistent service at multiple locations
I`ve used Tire Discounters for 20+ years. I`ve been to a variety of locations in Cincinnati and get good consistent service.
I always get the road hazard which includes free rotation.
Yesterday, I took a rental car with a flat tire in. I told them I wanted an inexpensive option and he offered used tires. There were several on hand in the size that I needed. I asked where they get the used tires. H... view moree said when folks come in and want to replace 2 or 4 - if any of the ones being replaced are in good condition they keep them on hand.
He showed me the options and they all seemed to have very little wear. I picked one, they put it on right away. I was out in under 20 minutes for $30 bucks. Can`t beat it

Terrible Everything! -10Stars
I took my `05 350z Roadster in to have new tires put on.
Arrived to pick up car to find that the wheels were filthy. Not dirty, FILTHY.
Seeing the condition of the wheels I took a closer look only to find that every wheel on 2 adjacent spokes had scratches in the exact same spot, symmetrical to the curve of the wheel. Further looking showed obvious impact wrench dings at every wheel lug well. When I pointed thi... view mores out to the service people I was not met w/an apology or explanation but rather ""it`s only on two spokes, if it was us it would be on all of them"" and ""that`s road rash"" then finally ""bring it back tomorrow and I`ll try and buff them out"".
I had just had the car through Nissan`s certification inspection process in which, among other things, they checked the alignment. It was perfect. Now the car pulls left so much that I have to keep the wheel cocked to the right to go straight.
The car had no `shakes` or `shimmies` at any highway speed now it vibrates considerably @53, 68 and 81mph. They seem to have attempted to ""hide"" this by radically staggered air pressures (FR 36, FL 33, RR 37, RL 41).
By using this company I have ""saved"" my way into an additional 100.00(min.) to have the tires re-balanced and 125.00(min.) to have the alignment fixed.
From their site:
""Here at Tire Discounters we value you as a customer and want to serve you to the best of our ability.""
Really?
Really disgusting.

Go There
My husband is a mechanic, and he usualy takes care of my van. He was gone to Iraq and I had a lot of problems with my van ( go figures). They were so helpful and didn`t try to sell me things I didn`t need. So from that time on if I have a problem with my van and my husband decides to not have time for it. I will bring my van to the nice guys at Tire Discounters in Kennwood.
