Went in February and had an oil change and asked for a quote on how much to change the instrument panel; was told about $250. Saved up for this and came back for another oil change and to get the instrument panel done; got a call to tell me that I needed other things done that were a safety issue; went along with it (thinking that the instrument panel would be replaced as well because that was what my appointment wa... view mores made for and I had already gotten the "quote" earlier in the year. Picked up the car and the receipt didn`t show the instrument panel and the bill was over $1000! Surprise! I complained about it and was told they`ll order it right away and I dutifully dropped off the car and when I got up to pick it up surprise! THe bill is $400. I asked why it was that amount and not the one I was told before - the original quote was given in front of a friend so I am not just making this up. I was told there was never a WRITTEN quote on it so the $400 was my bill! I tried to get them to take the $25 shop supplies fees off since it was supposed to have been done when I went in and got that $1000 bill but they said no. Well, I`m one very unhappy customer. When you call around town, they do give you the lowest quote - I would get a WRITTEN one before you commit. Lesson learned.

Honest and Fair!
I took in a used car that I had only had for two days because is was running terribly and the check engine light was on. They really could have screwed me over, but all I needed was a new ignition coil. They charged me $159 for parts and labor. Average cost to replace the ignition coil is $160-$260! I will always go there from now on. Highly recommend!
