Reviews:
WOW!!! What a breath of fresh air,
These guys are honest and reasonable. They explained everything in detail and then what they were going to do to fix it and gave me a detailed cost breakdown. I have not felt this comfortable with a car repair bill in a long time. Everything made sense after they explained it. They are my car repair shop from now on.

Mechanics is not a foreign fi...
Mechanics is not a foreign field to me. I pay people to work on my vehicles because a physical disability now prevents me from doing so myself. When I first visited CMAS I had a fuel pump replaced, after the installation, my fuel gauge no longer worked, but for an additional fee it was repaired. A few months later, the fuel pump died, and as per their warranty it was replaced for no charge. A few weeks later (169 ... view moremiles or so) and the fuel pump died again. After having it towed back in, the only thing they did was hit the fuel tank with a hammer and add fuel additives, and charge me $60. When I went to pick up the truck, it wouldn`t start. The mechanic came out and hit the fuel tank with a hammer again. He pulled out a spark plug and turned the motor over, there was fire in the plug, but it was dry, no fuel. I of course left the truck. After a few days, I was told that it would start every time they tried it and nothing else was done. Within a week of getting my truck home, the strap that holds the fuel tank on came loose while going down the road. The next day, the fuel pump died again while I was an hour away from home after dark.... On my last visit Tommy told me that I might need to take my truck to the dealer, they were stumped as to what the issue is. The same line I got after they couldn`t fix the miss in my car. Yes, I also had the plugs and wires changed on my car, there was/is still a miss and they said were unable to find and fix it. So to date, they have worked on both of my vehicles, and admit that they can`t repair either of them.... I have tried twice to get the $60 refunded for the hammer hitting troubleshooting session, they agree to pay it, but don`t have the cash.... The biggest problem isn`t that they have an incompetent employee (or 2) but the fact that after posting a review on Google, the owner replied and kinda stretched the truth a little. I am still waiting for the check that he says is in the mail. Mistakes can be corrected, but honesty is very important with someone that performs services for you, and so in appreciation of their honesty, I share my experience.
