Worst customer service I have received from an auto shop in a long time. Not only did it take almost 7 1/2 hours to change a flat tire, I was lied to on numerous occasions by Dave M. At 1pm, I was told "I was next in line". My wife got there at 2pm and was told the same thing. Dave told me his guy had to go get the tire at their warehouse on Wilkinson Blvd. According to receipt #16963, the job was completed... view more at 3:28pm and made my wife wait another hour and half because they claimed to not know she was waiting for it. To add insult to injury, when she got home, she realized that they hadn`t even put the hubcap back on. Then, to top everything off, Dave claimed to have offered her a ride home, which NEVER happened. NEVER was an apology issued. Bottom line is that your shop is poorly managed. The front desk does not communicate with the service techs. HORRIBLE experience, which will be relayed to Bing, Yelp, Google, Facebook, and most importantly, word of mouth. Shame on you !!!
