Don`t be fooled!
Yes, the ladies up front our very nice and knowledgeable. But they were not honest with me. Every time I took my car here for an oil change, they ""found something"" that needed work. After the third time this happened, and also after hearing what it was going to cost me, I decided to get a second opinion. My car only needed one of the repairs that premium imports insisted on, and the cost of the repair was half wh... view moreat they wanted to charge me. My car is running beautifully, no thanks to Premium Imports.

Solved a 7-year mystery!
Cathy is the BEST face for an automotive shop--friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. You can tell she knows what she`s talking about, and loves what she does. I came in for new CV joints, assuming that I needed both axles replaced, but they told me I only needed one. They also offered a courtesy check-up inspection that showed a few other broken things (not surprising--my car is a senior citizen) including a know... view moren problem with my rear lights that SEVEN YEARS of mechanics have never been able to find a reason for--Premium Imports found it and fixed it! I dropped my car off at 11am with no advance notice, and it was ready by 5pm. They also offered wi-fi in the waiting room, and a shuttle service, which I didn`t use, but was really impressed with being offered twice. Overall, I am very pleased with my experience and, while I hope I don`t have car problems any time soon, I know where I`ll go when I do.

Incredibly honest, friendly and fairly priced
I have bounced around from place to place getting my car repaired over the years, but after going to Premium Imports I have found the place I will always be returning to! The staff there are SO nice, helpful and the most important thing: I don`t feel like I`m being taken for a ride (pardon the pun) like I have at other places. Other repair shops have assumed I don`t know much about cars and have tried to jack up the ... view morecosts and sell me unnecessary repairs. But not at Premium Imports! Also, there service is very quick. I can`t recommend this place enough.

Efficient, reliable, and honest business
I had a very good experience doing business with the folks at Premium Imports. I recently purchased a 1997 Toyota 4Runner for my son and wanted to make sure it was safe and in good condition. I initially made an appointment at a garage to have the tires replaced and a routine maintenance check. I went to that garage, waited for an hour after my appointment time without so much as a ""We`ll be with you soon."" Whi... view morele I was waiting, I made a few phone calls including one to Premium Imports. I called Premium because a friend(who knows a lot about cars) had recommended them to me. Within an hour of my phone call, Premium had the tires I had wanted and looked over my vehicle. They presented a list of repairs that were honest and reasonable. The folks at Premium are easy to work with and very pleasant. I would highly recommend Premium Imports!

A $200 Oil Change??? My Prius and I, We Won`t Be Going Back
The engine light went on about a month after my oil change at Premium Imports. I then checked the dipstick and it was slightly over the dot. The Prius is sensitive to overfills. I took it back to Premium Imports. They told me it was definitely not an oil overfill, they know how to service the Prius, and for ""no charge"" told me the catalytic converter light was on, see the dealer for warranty. So I went to Leit... view moreh Toyota, and they said (with zero prompting) the oil had been overfilled and the visible mess in the engine had to be cleaned up before trusting the CC code, but they would continue to warranty the CC past the mileage limitation. I was surprised since I had believed Premium Imports could service Toyotas propertly. I guess Premium Imports never even looked under the hood at the oil mess? It cost me a bundle to have cleaned plus the hassle. So I called Premium Imports and Kathy Huffman said that Leith must be trying to get out of the warranty or else was running up unnecessary bills; she said they ""calibrate"" their oil so nothing could have gone wrong. I asked about the mess under the hood but she said they did not see anything because they do not keep looking once a code comes up. I then spoke to a Toyota advisor and he could not think of another explanation of where the extra oil would have come from. After a while the engine light did go on again, and Toyota honored the warranty on the $1,000 CC repair. It made sense to me that they would not perform this until certain. Premium Imports has refused to reimburse me for the expense of clearning out the extra oil, which is something they could have done for me when I brought my car back in the first place. The manager Brian insists that Premium Imports uses 4 quarts just like Toyota does so there could be no problem. Too bad he never checked the dipstick or looked under the hood. I will drive the extra mile to avoid returning again to Premium Imports. Who can afford a $200 oil change?

Honest, Friendly, Professional
I`ve been going there since they opened. This week I bought a used car and brought it in for new front and rear brake pads (as the previous owner had advised me were needed). Premium replaced the front but told me the rear had plenty of miles left. I always know they will do needed work and never push unnecessary expenses.
