Poor customer service

Crown capital associates is an extremely hard to deal with customer finance company. They charge huge interest rates, almost to the maximum the state laws will allow. Here is an example of how they treated me:

I sent in a pay off check for the full amount on mid march. They waited a week before processing and discovered it needed an additional signature. They waited, and sent the check back. I immediately... view more sent the check back to them. They waited, and finally processed in April. Then they held the CERTIFIED check for 15 days then, to charge more interest. It is great for their pocket book, but not so great for their customers.

I wouldn`t recommend doing any business with this auto finance company as they use deceptive practices for their customer base.

Just be sure not to pay off your auto loan ahead of schedule and on time - - - it eats up Crown Capital`s profits! I recommend you are late on your payments, almost go into loan default and utilize the maximum amount of time to pay off, this will get you the best customer service with Crown Captial.
