We were driving through the lo...

We were driving through the lot and a guy came out waving his arms for us to stop. We had to because he stood right in front of out car. He came to the window and asked what we were going to buy today. I told him we were just driving through to see what he had and not interested in talking with anyone now. We would like to look. He continued to talk like he never heard me. As I was rolling up my window he shoved a ca... view morer through and said let him know if I want to buy anything. His name said Ray Carter. No Badgers here ??????? I do not think so. We did not even get out of the car and were Badgered. We did stop to look at a Honda , just look and he came out of nowhere and said you want to buy this I can make you a good deal. I need a sale today have not sold anything all week. I can see why if he comes on to people like that. I went down the street to the Ford dealer and seen a few of the same cars for alot less at the Ford dealer and did not get Badgered. Forget this place unless you like high pressure.

This place may not have badger...

This place may not have badgers in the begining but they are very unorginized. They will sit you down and ask you what you are looking to pay and start telling you numbers. They will delay you and let you take the car home so you get attached and then when you come back will start raising the interest rates or finding other reasons that you have to pay more. The dealer even had all the paperwork ready to sign, but ... view morewe wanted to check with our bank for a better rate. We returned the next day to sign because the bank could not beat it and they said that rate is not possible and raised it 8%. Not cool!!! After 4 DAYS and them telling us they can`t even get close to what they said they could do at the beginning we asked for our down payment check back, but the manager that had it, magically disappeared (Even though we were taling to him 5 minutes ago). He finally returned after multiple times trying to reach him on his cell phone. There was a lot of lying and dishonesty here. I do not recommend it at all. The coffee was good though. If you don`t count my particular salesperson, I had a great experience here. I got the car I wanted pretty much at the price I wanted. My salesman left a lot to be desired. He doesn`t return calls, promises what he can`t deliver, gives misleading information and is generally full of bull *bleep*. He had one of the easiest sales he could have made but he managed to botch it in every way he could due to his affinity fo... view morer bull and his unorganized way of doing business. I very nearly went to another dealership but for the professionalism of the other staff there who more than compensated for his incompetence. If you are looking for a car, this is the place to go but whatever you do, don`t work with JR Harris and you`ll be okay.

Customer Service and Process Improvement at it`s Finest

EXCELLENT SERVICE Servicing my 7 year old lexus is always stressful for me--as I like to keep my $$ invested in anything other than car maintenance... SO When I go to this Lexus dealership, I always know that they are going to be honest with me--tell me what my options are, and try to save me money at that moment. On top of having an excellent process to take care of their customers, the service is always e... view morexpedited. If they can`t finish it in a timely manner-they are happy to give you a loaner car--at NO COST--if you need to run errands or take it for the day. This is something other businesses don`t or cannot afford to do. Great set up all around. As a process improvement geek, I always notice --every time I go to this shop-they`ve done something to improve their process or service. They are exceptional and highly recommended.

Bad Service

Sales team and managers were not concerned enough about our business to even verify that the car we were finalizing a deal on was still on the lot. Several hours when we were coming in to sign the paperwork we were informed the car had been sold much earlier, even before the sales manager called us to finalize the deal. Go somewhere else.
