DO NOT USE!!!!! GO SOME PLACE ELSE!!!!! I had a couple of issues with my new Jeep and it took 8 visits, going to their regional boss, and myself yelling at some one to get them to realize that this is not right. This place is a joke. Unprofessional, mechanically inadequate, and after the sale is complete, will treat you like you owe them money. I made a huge mistake by even considering this dealer as a choice, ma... view moren I am a sucker for using Hendrick Chrysler. I wish I could do this all over again and I will NOT use my free oil changes with this place. Their mechanics are horrible, I would not trust then to change a hub cap. I could go on but the best thing I could tell you is learn from my mistake, DO NOT USE HENDRICK CHRYSLER JEEP

Total rip off!!

I took my car in because the check engine light came on. First trip cost me $500. The 2 days later it came on again. Took it back in and they told me the PCM needed to be replaced which would cost $1000. I went and got my car to do some research first and found out a PCM is only $250 and that it took about 30 minutes to replace it. Well I decided to have someone else check it. Two other people had told me that ... view moreit was the gas cap. $20 later my light went off just from replacing the gas cap. The Jeep people even tried to convince me that I should just trade in my Jeep for a newer Jeep and they would give me $2000 for it. HA! Blue book value for fair condition is $7000. Total rip off and I will never ever take my car there again or refer anybody there. I think it sucks that they try and rip off military wives with their husbands deployed. Don`t worry...if you are not a military wife with your husband deployed...they will probably still try and rip you off.

rip off

We have been taking our Jeep there for all services for the past 4 years. We recently took it apart to do a lift and an off-road package, to discover nothing really had been done that was supposed to. They tell you they are doing a lube job....but the parts you can`t see are not getting serviced. This is exactly what you are warned about when going to a dealer for service, they just rip you off and lie.
