The worst, most incompetent, car dealership and service department ever. How many car delearships can you go into to to buy a car and the sales staff ignores you? How about being a (formerly) loyal Ford service customer...you take your car in for it`s regular service and they charge you $70 to replace a single spring on the fuel door that they tell me is a factory defect?! How about getting a report that everythin... view moreg is ine with your car and then, a month later, the battery blows up? This, by the way, on a 2 year old Ford Fusion? Don`t bother filing a compliant by the way, they don`t care. Ford`s national customer service will lie to you as well. So, avoid this dealership and Ford in general. WORST customer service experience in 40 years of vehicle ownership.
