Reviews:
I have had my vehicle repair at Wilson Collision Center several times. The repairs were always completed in a timely manner and my vehicle always looked better than before the accident. Once I had a vehicle that totaled and Wilson Collision Center went above and beyond helping me understand the "total" process and how to handle matters. The staff was more than helpful and they always seemed concerne... view mored for my best interest. They kept me informed as to the repairs being done on my vehicle and they were available anytime I had a question. I liked the way they refer to the shop as a "hospital for vehicles" this let me know that my vehicle was of importance to them and they understood the investment I had made into this vehicle. I would recommend this shop to my family and friends above all others.

gastonia` s best body shop
i recently took my 2007 dodge ram to David Wilson`s Body Shop and was extremely please with the work. My truck was completed very fast and the staff was great. my truck looked great when i got it back, it was actualy cleaner than the day i bought it new. so if you need body work or detailing wilson`s is the place to go.

BEEN AROUND SO LONG FOR A GOOD REASON`
ALWAYS EXCELLENT REPAIRS & SERVICE I am a customer (My sons` 2006 Honda Civic) and an employee and I have been employed at Wilson Collision Center for 8+ years...David and his wife Kathy have been here for 25 + years, and after working here...I know why - David is still personally involved in all repairs to make sure you are satisfied. One of the reasons I am still here is because customer service is another of Dav... view moreid & Kathy?ˆ™s main priorities. When a vehicle comes in for repairs, its fixed right and if you do have any concerns, let them know and they are taken care of?ˆ¦period. Those are some of the reason they are still going strong after all these years!! You are welcome to look at any review, but the best review you can get is to stop by and see them.

NEVER AGAIN!!!
If you`re thinking about repairing your vehicle here, keep looking elswhere. I had my car serviced here after a wreck and all it did was create more problems with my car. Half the car was put back together incorrectly. They gave me my car back with a 1.8 degree misaligned rear end (Axle housing was bent). Bolts were loose in certain places on the car. The muffler brackets were not bolted back on. The defrost heater i... view moren the rear window was not hooked back up. The glovebox does not lock shut. And a wheel bearing had to be replaced a few weeks after I got it back. Oh and not to mention, THE HAD MY CAR FOR ALMOST 3 MONTHS!!! I`m not the kind of person that complains about things. But was a pretty bad experience. I would not recommend to anybody.

They didn`t want to touch my car
A few years back, I had a trans am that need some body work done on it. Nothing too major, but it still needed to be done. I brought it in, they kept it for 2 days, and then told me that they didn`t want to do it. I was not concerned about the money end of it, because this was a classic car and we wanted it show room quality.
They talked down to me as if I didn`t have the money. Which they had no clue what I w... view moreas willing to pay them.
So with that said, I brought it somewhere else.
I think they like to do more insurance type claims. Not restorations.
